C.E.C INTERNATIONAL BIENNALE ENGRAVED CARDBOARD
Many artists in France and abroad make prints using cardboard matrix.
In order to bring them together and in an effort to make this print approach as widely known as possible, C.E.C, a group of artists, organizes its 1st Biennale of engraved cardboard in parternership with the municipality of Ville d’Avray.
The exhibition will take place from May 12th to June 06th 2022 at the Entr@cte Gallery, 3-5 rue de Versailles 92410 Ville d’Avray, France
Conditions of participation
° Open to everyone regardless of age or nationality
° You can present up to 2 prints made since 2020 exclusively from cardboard matrix.
Warning : the engraved cardboard can’t be assimilated to collagraphy. Similarly, TetraPak, a material of wich cardboard is only on of the constitutive elements, may only be used in a restricted way in the presented works which, as should be reminded, are dedicated to engraved cardboard.
° The selection board reserves the right to refuse works that do not meet these criteria. The jury’s decisions are final.
° The list of selected artists will be published on the site of the biennale https://biennaleinternationaleducartongrave.com and they will receive by email the notification of their selection and the elements necessary for their communication.

See the following section for details regarding the presented works.
